Air Bag Codes

I have a 94 Mustang. I accidently left the key turned in the on position and ran the battery down. The next day the air bag light came on. It flashes 5 times with a pause than 2 times, this process repeats several times then the light stays on. I found online that the 52 code means Backup Power Supply/Voltage Boost fault. How is this fixed? And is it expensive to fix? Thanks in advance. Linda

amac, would this be the procedure to fix it? A gray connector located under the glove box" Trouble Code Clear". which contains circuit 631 and 57. After starting the vechile and the trouble code blinking one time use jump wire to short Circuit 631 and 57. Found this procedure online but email me to let me know if this is correct. [email protected]. Thanks amac

i think that just clears the code you need to find the problem first. i e-mailed you the flow chart.

Amac,
-Same happened to me - battery drained, code 52 (voltage boost fault) has been flashing since.
-Could you please e-mail procedure to me? Can't find any info on how to troubleshoot this anywhere.
Much appreciated.

Hi I have a flashing light for the air bag too, would you mind PMing me the procedure too? Or if it's not that long just post it up so people don't have to ask for it.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Last Time, AF has rules about bringing up old threads. I can understand why you brought this one up but I never see Amac in here you'd probably get a better response from him/her through a PM. If you do get the instructions send them to me so I can permantently post them as a tech article. But PM him for the instructions, I'm gonna close this thread.
