HELP!!!! 91' Camaro RS What should I do????

Hey. I just got a 91' RS Camaro from my dad and it is bone stock. I think that stock this thing should cream an avenger or a 240 sx am I right?? If so what are some common things that might be wrong with it???? And after I figure that out what are some of the first upgrades I should put on it.
