How is your stock leather doing?

My 94 SL has the stock leather which has held up quite well. There is no fade, tearing, or nicks. However, the woman that bought my car new managed to dry out the top corners of the seats with heat and sunlight exposure. The corners right by the seat belt holder on the seats.
I lexol my interior every 1 - 2 weeks in the summer. So far the stuff has kept my seats supple and nice.
My only gripe is the lines that form on the surface with time. However, the seats get more comfortable with wear casue they conform to you better with time.
leatherseats.com sent me a few swatches for leather I want to put in my celica. I guess this made me appreciate the stock leather in the 3000GT more. Aftermarket stuff has too much of a grain in it and the perforations are too large.
Anyone redo their leather? What are good places to buy from?
How long did your stock leather last?
I priced the stock leather covers from www.partznet.com at roughly 1000 bucks for each front seat.
YIKES!
I will be buying $10 bottles of lexol regularly.
Speaking of this I need to buy a car cover for parking in the sun at work at times. I want something under 100 bucks with a felt soft inner liner. I don't care if it is not water proof since this is only to block heat and direct sunlight with the harmful UV light.
Any suggestions?
The generic auto store ones tend to stratch paintjobs when the wind blows the against the body when in use.
