D16 parts on B16?

I am going to be doing a LS/Vtec conversion soon. I bought a JDM B16 head that was pretty much bare, I picked up a D16 dizzy and vtec soliniod and the both bolted right on, will this work for my swap?

Also would a B18B intake manifold fit on or no?

don't know about the "dizzy" but the intake manifold will fit.

Thats good about the intake manifold... the dizzy bolted on as well as the vtec soliniod so i am assuming they willl work but just want to make sure first.
