I just wanted to know that if I put in an H22a engine in my 1995 honda civic, would i be able to add mods, like turbos and etc? And also what springs should I add when i get the H22a engine swap?

You will be very hard-pressed to make room for a turbo or a supercharger if you put the h22 into a EG Civic. The intake manifold will be too close to the firewall to add a blower without cutting and the exhaust manifold will be too close to the radiator fan for a turbine and compressor. You may be able to get a thinner radiator and thinner fans to add some room, but you still might have to get creative on how to mount the turbo. Either way, it'll be an expensive route.
You'd be better off building a N/A motor if you're putting it into a Civic.
As for springs, I would reccomend a good set of fully adjustable coilovers. No Civic springs will be stiff enough to properly support the weight of the motor and your front end will sag. You need the ride height adjustability to keep the motor off the ground and you'll want to customize your shock dampening due to the increased mass up front.

H22a swaps are retarded to do in a civic why because its not an easy plop in swap, and they are heavy so youd have to buy some nice coilovers, i reccomend skunk2 coilovers, because they are the only ones i have worked with, and if you do decide to build a n/a have fun and good luck, if your still thinking about doing the turbo forget about it too hard. But all this comes down too is money so if you have the cash go for it dont then dont try.

You seem bent on the FI route...For that I would go with the B18 from an LS and boost it. If you arent going to boost it immediately you could always make it Ls/VTeC and run around with that for a while...if youre broke like me...skip the head and jus save up to boost.

Ok, one more question, what would make my civic quicker, d series swap, b series, or the h22a, and thats with adding watever mods i can without custumizing to much stuff. Like adding a turbo if I can on any of them , which swap would be faster?

H22 with the same mods on a b-series will be faster. But for a turbo setup just stick with the b-series; unless you're going to have someone else put the motor and turbo in and do all the tuning for you. Basically you should first figure out what you want to do with the motor (swap w/basic add-ons, all motor, or turbo) and then choose the motor that will work best for that setup.
