question?

o.k im not from this form but my brother has a 1989 jeep wrangler and wants to swap in a 4.0 engine.im from so cal so if anybody on here is from so cal,do you klnow of anybody selling the complete swap.i also want to know how much this things go for, and if it will bolt right in no prob.since its a 4x4 does all the trans stuff bolt up as well?thanx in advance.

I asked this question a few years ago, and there's alot of things different - wiring harness (this was a 97), flex plate/clutch size and some other things like throttle cable and stuff. After doing the research, it was found that just buying a 6cyl was the better option.....good luck to your bro
