H22a in 6th gen civic

I was considering a jdm b16a but it I think it is worth the h22a swap, I know i would need an aftermarket engine mount kit, and I am pretty sure i couldnt use the prelude axles, so im thinking GSR? Also it is getting converted from auto to manual, ill need, master cylinder, slave cylinder, pedal assembly, hydrolic resivior? I think that is it but i am looking for some help here. Also what are some ways to correct the understeer? btw i drive a 97 civic ex coupe

Under stear is a myth.

www.placeracing.com has all the mounts, axles, wiring harness etc that you need.

You can keep A/C etc, dont listen to what other might tell you.

Your biggest job is going to be converting the auto to manual. You could of course use an Auto equiped H22a. would save a lot of trouble.


And dont do this swap with out making sure you have suspension mods capable of handling the extra power, and bigger brakes capable of stopping it.
