'89 High Idle Speed

My '89 is idling too fast! I have replaced the IAC valve, cleaned out the port in the throttle body for the IAC, re-check the dimension on the pintle (1-1/8"), check the linkage. Does anybody have any suggestions?

did you unhook the battery to reset the computer??also check the throttle body base gasket for a vacuum leak

Tried the battery, it turned out to be a leaky throttle body gasket. Thanks!
