i'd say about 1k. I just picked up some RSX-S leather seats for 500, and i'm getting the rear seat upholstered in matching leather for like 220. It ain't cheap.

Are you going to re-upholster them yourself, or have a shop do it? I know it's hella expensive though... even without using leather, it's pretty spendy...

if leather is too expensive you can go vinyl. but make sure its the marine grade--it is uv protected, stain resistent etc.. this runs from $11/yard and up usually.
or look into other materials such as a synthetic suede or neoprene or tweed. i'm not sure the pricing on the last two. synthetic suedes vary greatly in price.

Well, if you're going to do it yourself, leather itself isn't that expensive... I think you'd need a fairly heavy-duty sewing machine/needles though.
Seems like it would be fairly easy to remove the cloth from your seats, take it apart, and use them as templates to cut the leather or vinyl.
