hi i'm a newbie and wondering if i swap my civic with a b16b, how hard is it to find parts if it breaks down(i.e. distributor, clutch) or do you think its easier to just get a USDM B-engine? can USDM parts fit a B16B?! please help!

Ok, a B16B has the same head cast as a B16A/ITR. You can use all the parts, like LMA's, distributor, valvesprings hose's, sensors ect... from the B18C5.
The clutch is the same way, you can use any B series hydraulic tranny clutch in it. All the B series are the same bore (with the exception of the B20's), so the pistons are interchangable, though the compression levels are going to be different. For rods, basically B18C rods, since they are the same deck height blocks.

When I got my b16b I replaced the belts with Integra gsr ones (I happened to be at an Acura dealership). The disributor assembly, spark plugs/wires, and intake with Si parts. They're all the same.
