'98 GP GT Blower Doesn't work on Settings 1-2

I have a '98 gp gt, the blower will not work on settings 1-2. I have to click it over to 3 or above to get it to work. Any help would be great!!

Ditto, but if it keeps blowing the resistors after replacing them then you'll need a blower motor. Try the resistor first.
