Will these fit???

I found some rims for my prelude and I want to know if they'll fit before I get my heart set on them. I know the bolt pattern is correct. The thing that throws me is the offset. Here's the specs:

17x7 with a 45 offset
or
17x8 with a 45 or 35 offset.

Let me know if these will work on my lude.
