does any know if its possible to program a keyfob to your car? or do i have to take it to a dealer and have them do it over the computer?

Yes you can. I am looking for the instructions for another post. It is a magic hand shake you do. You need to remove the pcm/ecm fuse then open the passanger door...... I am looking for them.
