Power Windows

i have a 94 cutlass cierra.The rear drivers side window is stuck in the down position.i pulled the panel and the ground is good to the switch--also there is 12 volts at the switch.I tried running a jumper from the 12v to the other 3 wires.....nothing.Is the motor bad then??

How can i get the window UP until i replace the motor??
