wheels 18x8.5 or 18x9

what size wheels would look better 18x8.5 or 18x9 ???

they will both look the same from the side, that extra 1/2" isn't going to make that much of an apperance difference. go with 18x9 for a little extra traction, if they tuck into your wheel wells

but for a gp without the wider fenders.. i was told that 9 inchers on a gp would be almost too wide.. if they didnt stick out past the fenders but tucked inside, then they would scrub

im gonna put 19 on mine. the gp have a 38 offset. but these are 40 offset, im thinkin they might rub dont you?

i dont know.. there's a red gtp here where i live that i think has 20's. i dont know him, so i dont know if they rub or not.. plus they look really really gay.

GP offset is 54 or 58....maybe even 56....
