Dual MBC for $70?

Just saw this on ebay, and I thought it looked pretty sweet.

Essentially it claims to be a dual boost controller, but for the lower boost level you have to run stock boost. The switch simply turns the boost controller on, so when you flip a switch in the cabin, you start running your raised boost level. When you flip it off, you are not running the mbc any more, just stock boost. Seems like it would be a great deal compared to a Turbo XS dual mbc for twice the price, because I am all about reliability and conserving engine life (i.e. 14 psi daily driver, flip it to 16 when I need a little speed :iceslolan) . Anyone have thoughts or advice on this? I'm tempted to buy...
