O2 sensors

I have a 1996 Jimmy 4.3L 4wd. Where are the o2 sensors located and how many are there. Also, will not changing them right away cause any serious problems? Thanks

You have 4... 1 on each header, 1 just before the cat and 1 after... They should be changed at 65-75k
