High compression pistons...

Does anyone know a good place to buy higher compression pistons, say 10.8/1 or 11.0/1 CR for a b16a motor?
And another question....if I were to use the 11.0/1 pistons, then added a Mugen head gasket (which I think would make it 11.4/1 Cr) would I need to use a certain octane fuel? and how much hp do you think i could expect from this piston upgrade on a b16a with i/h/e?
