Corvette C6 Raptor (3D design)

Nice. It looks very ferarri-ish. I'm not too fond of the projector headlights though.

I'm reorganizing my website at the moment, but I just setup the C6 raptor gallery. http://www.gryphonauto.com/vehicles/C6%20Raptor/index.htm That's probably one of the best places to look for pictures since you can preview thumbnails and there are 2 sizes that you can choose for each picture.

Make sure to check out the rest of my cars that are on my website (www.GryphonAuto.com) (I'm currently updating it & my server is being stupid with some of the new pictures, so I apologize for broken links and stuff). I took Griffin101 (a.k.a. 100% Self taught). Good luck with your courses...but if you interested in making cool cars, I'm really trying to boost the "Vehicles and 3D" section of my forum, so make sure to hang out there for tutorials, tips, and other resources (Assuming you want to 3D model vehicles).

yeah, looks a little like a ferrari and an alfa romeo, but if u got rid of tha black lining around tha headlights...

If I had my own vette, I'd probably get rid of it. Probably the simplest thing for me to do is change the "material" (paint) in my graphics program.

no, itz a filter that doesnt work, it takes about 2 months to get a site accepted, itz just screwed up, ill try to check it later.

Being a super-professional in Photoshop is the equivalent of being a super-NooB in 3DS Max. Since that is out of the way, I suggest asking around on www.CGtalk.com for help.

Would ya mind explaining where that came from? What filter are you talking about? I don't see how that's relating to this thread, it's like an orange on an apple tree, doesn't make sense.

I like the car PhantomDesign, I can't say that corvette should make it look like that, but it's good. The cowl induction type of hood that flows to the bumper really doesn't look right in my opinion. It's starting to look more like a ferrari, the Enzo's nose comes to a point kind of like that also.

I may have to get into this 3d modeling thing, it seems to have it's advantages. Is there any tutorial sites that could help me out? :biggrin: thank ya.

Someone was having dificulties acessing my webpage.

I really wasn't going for an enzo look (honestly I don't like the Enzo's looks). I was going for a fighterjet sort of look, but it will probably be most obvious if you saw it in person.

As I said before, it takes a lot of effort & a lot of time (much more than photoshop). The best I can do is point you towards CGTalk.com.
