Rough Idle

Hey guys and gals I was wondering something My 96 Z71 350 has rough idling problem especially when I'm in gear and sitting at at light almost feels like it is going to stall.
I have checked all the plugs, cap, everything associated with that and all is good
What I was wondering is this I want to check to see if i have a leaky injector I have a fuel pressure gauge and I can't find it in my book how to check this I know it can be done with the gauge. Anyone know how? Thanks.

Had the same prob. w/my 91. turned out to be a bad o2 sensor. but never did show a code on this. go figure. Only way I figured it out was to smell my exaust, FUEL, black soot. wasn't to hard to figure from there. hope this helps. your senses are great trouble shooters, imho.
