1996 Cherokee won't start

It will crank but I am not getting fuel to the engine. I replace the fuel filter and fuel pump. checked the fuses and relays. I am not getting power to the pump. Any ideas?

My 95 did the same thing today.Replaced the CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR.
