1967 thunderbird value??

I'm thinking of purchasing a 1967 tbird with 127,000 miles on it.
I want to rebuild it!
The 390C.I. engine looks and run good ( a few oil leaks) The body
needs both quarter panels, new rear bumper missing some exterior trim.
Floor seems good from what I could see, but I just liftes a portion of the rug. Passenger door needs some work, but I think it's salvagable.
Then interior, Both front seeat are riped up pretty good. door panel vinyl is all cracked and rug is a torn up. What might be a good price for this car?
