extra performance for 1500 Gas

I have just installed a K & N Intake system, MagnaFlow Catbak exhaust (single) and the HyperTech chip and cannot believe the difference these items make on a vehicle. WOW!!!! Now the question is - where can i go from here without going super sonic - a few sugesstions have been a turbo - should this go on a gas engine that I would like to remain somewhat family orientated - Gotta keep momma happy you know. Somebody also has a Nitrous system for those short boost if I need it -- hmmmmmmm - Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

A supercharger is about the last thing you can do that will do anything for that truck...
