Any advice on replacing coolant pipe? '94 VR6

I need to replace the plastic, peace-pipe-looking, coolant pipe (or water distribution pipe as it is sometimes called.....kinda like a petroleum distribution technician..) It just seems a bit awkward to get at, and I was hoping that someone out there may have been through this one and may be able to make my life a little easier. HELP!! Thanks...
