head swapping

i have a 1990 crx hf and i was cruising around the internet when i happened upon this little gem from hondaswap.com http://www.hondaswap.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=29791 the idea is to put a dx head on the hf engine i kinda want to do this cause it says it would give 109 hp which is a huge gain over the stock 62 and would certainly hold me over until i can get a full swap anyway how would you go about swapping the head and how hard is it i am still pretty new to the game but i am pretty mechanical do you think i can do it ?

i dont know u personally so i dont no if u can do it. its up to u if u think u have the time and expierience to do it then go for it. it would help to have a friend help u.
