Why does my 82 vibrate towards the back when applying gas to spead up a little, if I punch it to overdrive, it doesnt do it, just to speed up alittle, cant get mechanics to find anything wrong!!!!!!

probably a bad u-joint or cracked/broken mount. might also be a worn output shaft bushing or possibly have internal problems. check the motor mounts too
