Would a 94/95 gt auto convertible be faster than a stock LT1 trans am and a 1999-2001 gt with thease mods:Cold air intake, timing at 12,pulleys,magnaflow exhaust,x pipe,3000 stall converter,3:73's,aluminum driveshaft, shift kit and headers.

Will this car run high 13's?

Thanks.

No it will not be faster. It may keep up off the line due to the converter but you really need to dig into the motor to make it faster. Them sn-95's are boats on wheels IMO, especially the convertibles. A stock 99+ GT can run anywhere from a mid 13 to a low 14 stock and the LT1 can so the same. With the mods you listed your car will probably be a mid 14 if you can get it to hook good. BTW, get 4.10's, not 3.73's.

With some Edlebrock heads and a good cam would a 94/95 gt with the mods listed above be faster than a 99+gt and a trans am?

Get a good h/i/c set up, some 4.10's, a manual valve body and a good converter. The AOD is going to slow you down reguardless, but with those mods you could have yourself a solid high 12/low 13 second car. Good luck
