Exhaust Coming Off?

I noticed it for a while and was able to verify that my exhaust tips, and thus the mufflers etc., are hanging about an inch or two too low on my 98 GT. Is this something to get taken care of immediately or can it wait a while, and as for fixing it, is there a simple way of fixing this, such as tightening brackets or is this something that will take some work and $$ (I sure hope not). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You could get new exhaust hangers....the little rubber things that hang from the hangers is what I mean.

sometimes they tend to wear out and your exhaust begins to sag....
