Has that battle already been fought and lost? :D

I drove a 356C once (somewhere, I once read the difference between a B and a C, then promptly forgot).

Everything about the drive -- the sounds, the smells, the ride motions, everything -- was just like driving a Beetle. Only much faster.

The car was recently restored, so I didn't dare take it to the limit; but I did just to corner it a bit. Not bad.

The battle is still bieng fought... If porsche had a mojor design revamp of the style of cars then maybe they would do better...

But every time they try -- the 914, 924 et al, 928 -- the cars are decried as "not real porsches". Sheesh; 911 guys make Morgan owners seem forward-thinking. :apoke:

No interior shots, which is a bummer.

It's missing its bumper overriders (hence the holes in the bumpers), and there's odd screws and washers(?) inboard and above the horn grilles. Strange. I've never seen those on a 356.

In general it's in nice shape. I'd hit it for under $15K.

356s are the most beautiful cars in the world, EVER.

Do you mean the design or the condition?

Well, I guess I'd say both!

I love 356's!
