Leaf spring bushings

I tried replacing my bushings with energy suspension bushings but i could not get the old bushing out. Has anyone replaced theirs ? Do they have to be pressed out or burnt out?

You can do either, usually cutting them is easier. There are many ways to do this. The new ones will have to be pressed in.
