Need help fast!!!!

I couldn't find threads on a Harley Edition truck so I am posting it here. I have a 2003 F-150 harley edition. REcently I just replaced the stock 4psi pulley with a Moto blue 6psi pulley. It gave me pleanty of more power but it squeals now. I have put belt dressing on it and it still didn't work. The belt does not fit on the pulley all the way. The belt is too thin. There is still another tracker on the pulley. I need some serious help on this!!! Any ideas???
