This install is the DEVIL!!!!

been trying to install an amp in my lumina for about 3months and finally got it all done due to many product malfunctions but now i have a VERY ANNOYING squeaking type sound when i turn on the car...it even squeaks when the radio is off, its real quick not even a second long but its real annoying....help me my fellow automotive helpers!!!! Your input is greatly appreciated and in this case NEEDED!!!!!
