well what are your goals? what modifications do you already have? And are you doing the work yourself?
a lighter flywheel is good at freeing up a few extra ponies because you are reducing rotational mass.
4-2-1 headers will allow your engine to breathe better, and are a basic power upgrade(BPU) that most do, along with intake and exhaust. ( I would suggest this)
camshaft work is a bit more advanced and definantly isn't a bolt on modification. it's more for those who have already done the BPUs. It also can drastically change your engines performance. Depending on what specs the replacement cam would have, it could really change the profile of your car. It's more of a racing modification than one for a daily driver looking for a bit more power. (don't get me wrong, I am not implying that one shouldn't do it to a daily driver, there are plenty of huge hp daily drivers) I am only saying that it isn't a BPU or bolt on modification and will require alot more work/knowledge then the header.
