electrical door lock problem

Help!!!! I've got a 91 olds calais with an electrical problem. The electric locks keep blowing the fuse. As soon as i try to change the fuse and it makes contacts it blows. The battery is draining and i'm not sure if it is because of the door locks. Even without the fuse in the battery keeps dying. I've replaced the battery too. Still pulls power. Does anybody know something that could help me in the diagnosis without spending hundreds of $$$.
