On the not of getting a skyline llegalized.
It it feasable to have the car partially dismantled and shipped to be a kit car or a custom vehicle?
Could you not have the original body removed and shipped separately, then buy a kit to install when it arrives. This attempting to call it a kit car?

I really doubt that considering how imfamous of a import car that is in this country. The DOT will probably blow it up (or what ever they do) after you try to register it. Remember, the govt. wants moola ;)
