Brake Problem

I just purchased a 99 cougar V-6 with 5-speed manual. I had new tires installed before i bought it. When i drove it home I noticed a huge pull to the right when I applied the brakes. I had new rotors and pads installed and front end alignment and it still pulls to the right. The shop working on it is stumped. Any ideas on what it could be?

I own a 1999 cougar and have taken the brakes to be replaced. I found out that because my car was made before Sept 98 they used a different brake and pad. I had to order the parts from the dealer.
