Don't think such colors exist among Tamiya sprays:
I found some in sprays for polycarbonate/lexan R/C model bodys that's why I asked

Sky blue metallic

It is possible to spray models with RC paint, but it stays softer longer and needs more care!

Try any after market car places or the dealers who make/sell the car and ask them for the "touch up" cans
