Fuel System Problems - Injectors don't Inject

I've got a '91 1500 and it won't start. It appears that the fuel injectors aren't getting any power. It's a TBI setup with the v6.
Here's what I've done and how I got to the point where I believe there is no power to the injectors.
1. Tested/listenend to the fuel pump. Sounds fine.
2. Replaced the inline filter.
3. Disconected the fuel line from the TBI and cranked the engine over. Sprayed gas all over.
4. Checked fuses. All ok.
5. Assuming the relay is ok since the fuel pump sounds fine.
6. Used a multimeter to check the resistance of the injectors and both have the same reading.
7. Used the multimeter to check for DC voltage in the electrical connection to the injector and it reads 0. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?
The battery is 3 months old, plenty off power. The engine turns and turns but there isn't any fuel coming from the injectors.
Not sure what to check next. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

If no power to injectors you may have blown fuse bad connection in fuse box.some times you a test light to check system.
check two 10 amp fuses in fuse box it said injectors

replace your ignition module, it is not givig a reference signal to the ECM, hence the ecm is not telling when to fire the injectors. This is a common problem. and yes, it sucks. been there, done that, bought the t-shirt. sold it with the truck.

Thanks pind, worked like a charm.

you have something that is shorting to ground when you start the vehicle. that is what they have to do with the problem. Check all leads that are "hot" when the engine is running

also ck egr and purge solenoids pink or pink black wires for rubbing bracket real problem on full size trucks if happens after a recent repair also look at injector wires at throttle body can get pinched where breather set on throttle body

ooookkkk, obviously i was born stupid. Find a wiring diagram. Locate all wires that are hot when the key is in the run position. the engine does not have to be running to do this. Its an electrical problem, not a mechanical one.
When you locate all of these wires, which are all over the place, check them all for tight spots, and insulation that has been rubbed through, allowing a path for power to short directly to ground.
Hopefully this clears it up a bit.
