99-04 Headlight upgrade

I eventually want to upgrade my headlight and fog lights on my GT to the whiter looking light, I'm just not sure which ones are the best on the market right now ( reasonably priced) I've looked into the Sylvania SilverStar But i'm not quite sure if they are better then the others. Does anyone know or have a certain one they use.

Also Do they make a whiter looking side marker light bulb, I hate the license plate light cuz it looks so yellow at night.

I got those silverstars , if you have stock head lights , the silverstars are waaaay brighter and make the road legible and more colorfull.

I've been lokking into the Silver Star lights, but i didnt know which ones. Will those lights fit my 96 se? If so which ones?

yes they will , go to the performance or auto dep at a store and ask if they have a catalogue for different makes and models that the bulbs will fit.

Ok cool, I wasn't sure on them, and I didn't want to get something that looked like the cheap blue ones or have those wierd Look to them, you know what I'm talking about every other little civic has them. I'll get them when one of my headlights go out...
