cattman header & y-pipe setup

I live in Southern California and I just want to know will I be able to pass smog IF I purchased this setup while keeping my cat? and will I pass if I added a b-pipe to that setup?

I just want to know.

I'm going to buy a budget y-pipe soon.

From what I hear, If you let the car warm up you should pass emissions. I don't get tested here so I don't really know for sure.

yea but I love southern cali, also gas prices here suck ass because of the special gas we have to use here.
