Changed 3 motor mounts and full tune-up done, my car still have a vibration in drive on standing traffic light. Next step I will put my car on computer. I don’t now what could be the problem:
- airflowmitter, sensors, idle control valve
- or transmission
- or maybe something alse?
If car not in drive engine runs like new. On the highway good.
If some professional can give me advise?????

That vibration may be normal, depending on how bad it is. Don't expect a '93 to be as smooth as when it was new. Take it to a decent mechanic and let him drive it. Get his opinion.

If it vibrates only when you put in the gear and stand, then it's very possible your engine has problems. Check to see if all cylinders work.

My Camry does the same thing. A mechanic friend of mine told me that it was normal. He says if I wanted to make it not vibrate, I would have to increase the airflow by adjusting the throttle sensor. However, doing so means the car would consume a little more gas.

I have the same problem on my 95 with 113K.
It might be normal. If you feel it is annoying why not just shift to N and then shift back to D at green? That is what I do sometimes.
Please let me know the results. thx

All the transverse-mounted 4 cylinder engines I have owned vibrated somewhat in gear with the brake on. If it is much worse than normal, then there is something wrong. If nothing has changed in how it feels, don't worry about it.
