Umm.. Im not too sure what you mean..
So theres a wire running to the back of your car thats fed off of the dome light fuse? and its blowing the fuses? what color is the wire??
Is your rear defrost hooked up and working? The one thing thats coming to mind is the hatch pull down, is that functioning properly?? Pull the back panel off and check the hatch motor and release, and the cargo light
Hope this helps

Mike123 did you check the accessory fuse? (you said you think)
Unknown racer, was there an alarm installed in the car? Are you sure the wiring running to the back in the cause of your fuse blowing problem?

Have same problem on 94 camaro, blow a fuse, when push in lighter, or start car, No horn, or lighter, Could care less about lighter, but may need horn

what state are the wires from the hatch motor in?????? if they are bare copper and touching the frame, they may have rubbed through the paint and are shorting to the chassi. blowing the fuse.
