92 Talon Bad Vibration In Stick At 4000rpm

My Friends Car Runs Fairly Well With 132,000 Miles Except At 4000 Rpm The Trans Or Definetly Something In The Drivetrain Starts Vibrating Bad, It's Actually Not So Much A Vibration As It Is A Buzzing. It Almost Makes It Hard To Hold The Shifter.it's A Manual Trans And It Does It In Any Gear.please Help

does it only do it at 4k or does it do it at 4k and up if it makes the noise at 4k and up it could be any number of things so you need to post more details if it only does it at 4k then its probably a harmonic vibration i would check/adjust the tension on all the belts first

Thanks For The Help, I Will Keep That One In Mind, It Actually Is Only From 4000 To 5000rpm. I Had A Friend Under The Car After Work And He Seems To Think It Might Be A Heat Shield Or The Catalitic Converter Coming Apart. Thanks For The Help Though.
