Projector dimms and brights at the same time?

I have the denji projector headlights and my dimms work great, but my brights seem like there out of focus, they light up everything around them just a little bit, but not enough to see well. I wanna redo my aftermarket wiring harness so my dimms and brights can be on at the same time (Hopefully i can see the rode and the deer in the woods at the same time). Does this make sense, or is there a way to fix my brights, I put sylvania silverstar bulbs in my brights so I don't think its a power or bulb problem. Does anybody think this idea is retarded.
