I can smell coolant burning after driving, but can't find a leak anywhere. Sometimes the smell comes in through the vents. Any suggestions?

Your heater core might be messed up or something. Maybe have it looked at...

I had the same smell. It was the gasket to the themostat housing. Coolant pooled up around the housing and the heat from the engine kept it from ever hitting the ground, so I never noticed it. Replaced the gasket and got a new thermo' and all is well.
Could be it.

I don't know what year you have, but on my 96 318, the radiator end tanks are plastic.. and those will leak after a time.
Look in the radiator shroud, and the air dam. If the end-tanks are leaking, you'll see some coolant there.

I had the same thing happen to me. I have a 98 dodge dakota, I wound up pulling my Dash out and replacing my heater Core. I know i saw that in one of the replys. Its not fun to pull that dash but it was not to hard to fix the core once the dash was out. Have Fun
