LS/VTEC Question

I'm using an ITR head. I need a lower rad hose housing to match up with the head. The ITR one from Honda has no hose running into it, which is the last thing I need to hook up. The hose that is supposed to run into it is coming from the t-stat housing. Does anyone know which housing I can use?
