Im just wondering if anyone knows how the rear panel on an 89 laredo is removed. Im trying to replace the 2 speakers behind it. The front door panels are only secured by some plastic push screws and come off fairly easily, and this may be the way the rear panel is attached also but it feels like its attached more strongly. And before i just try to pry it off and hope thats what im supposed to do i thought id see if anyone knew ...
I can see 2 screws on the rear panel, but im sure if it is more than that holding it on.
Thanks

There are somewhere between 4 and 6 of the little platic Christmas tree push pins holding that interior panel on plus the screws you can see. It's really best to go by Autozone or Napa and get one of those tools. I know this by experience and now I have one for other projects. If you are careful you can reuse the same pins.
