I was thinking a bit on this subject... Right now, all the entries for the gallery (and the ones coming soon... ;)) have the kit manufacturer's name in the heading and page title. But at what point does that become innacurate?

For example, pkw1 used a Tamiya Volvo 850 Estate kit to build his T-5R, but he modified it so much, is it really a Tamiya model anymore?

And Steve's R390: A Tamiya kit with a major transkit. What should that be labeled as?

hmm.. how about

1 - Name of Model car ex: (Volvo 850 T5-R)
2 - Name of Manufacture of kit(then add conversions, add ons, etc: (Tamiya - 850 Estate conversion)

1 - Nissan R390 GT-1 (year of model car)
2 - Tamiya (year of model car before converstion) and add (trans kit manufacture)

something like.. just a little idea.

How about just calling them "Hybrid Models". I mean, everyone can pretty much figure out what Hybrid means. When explaining the assembly of the model, the person can then mention the two or three companies used to make the specific model.
