Power mirrors don't work but light up dash

Weirdest thing... I have a 99 Suburban and when i try to move the mirrors, the up, left don't work, the down moves fine, but the right button when hit sounds the door dinging and the dash lights brighten up and both blinkers come on and stay light for the duration i hold the right button...

Anyone have any ideas??.. I checked all fuses and nothing.. I'm thinking a wire was crossed here or maybe a relay??
