I am new, but let me offer this. I just inherited my wife's 'old' 97 accord - she bought a new Jetta and I am jealous because it has a turbo! Anyway, I lowered it with the Eibach Pro Kit and put some 18s on it. When reading up on the alignment I found that the camber is NOT adjustable on my car. With it being off that much you may have something bent, etc. I know I went with the Pro Kit instead of the Sportline because of camber issues. The Pro Kit lowered my car 1.5 inches and the sportline would have given me 2.5 or so, and that would have certainly required camber kits. The camber kit from Eibach will run you about ~ $400 (for all four corners)... ouch.

Don't know if I was much help...

yes ingalls is a good camber kit. i'm in the same boat - definitely need a camber kit. if you drop more than like an inch or inch and a half then you're gonna need one, or your car is gonna be like mine and you're going to wear through the inside inch of your tires quickly. shitty way to go through tires

On the front a kit is required, but on the rear you can most of the time get away with some shims and some longer bolts for the "upper control arm".

Ive done it in Honda's and it work good. BTW, you dont have to buy the most expensive kit there is. Get the cheap one. It does the same thing and isnt really that much different. The best way to lower your car is to install drop spindles. Useing drop spindles makes it so the allignment angles dont change. Allthough expensive its the best way to do it.
